Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and ho
    lidays).

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time (8 PM Arizona time zone) will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3  business days

  • International Shipping: Up to 30 business days, depending on destination.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

  • United States & Canada

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

  • If you haven’t received tracking info within [X days], please contact us.

International Orders & Customs

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order  number and photos (if applicable).
    We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
